adidas Launch The AS Roma 23/24 Home Jersey

Adidas x Roma: reunited at last. The Three Stripes have today launched the new AS Roma 23/24 home jersey and we are huge fans. The launch conveys the message of ‘eternal future’, bringing together past, present and future.

The new Giallorossi jersey throws it back to the 1992/93 season as adidas celebrates a historic return to the capital of Italy. The minimalist and classic design utilises traditional colours in a timeless fashion, featuring a base in the classic red which is enhanced with yellow details. The best feature is the return of the ‘wolf cub’ crest – designed back in 1978 by Piero Gratton. One of the most distinctive and iconic club crests in the history of football.

The neckline has a ribbed V-shape with a yellow trim on a red background. The three adidas stripes descend from the shoulders and are echoed on the shorts. There's a swallow-tail hem and the design is finished with a detail on the back of the neck that takes inspiration from the Club’s fans, celebrating one of the most iconic expressions of AS Roma supporters: “Daje Roma Daje” (Come on Rome, come on!).

The home kit is completed by red shorts and socks with a yellow trim, in keeping with the club’s tradition. The kits are created using the best adidas innovations, in particular materials that allow athletes to feel comfortable thanks to AEROREADY technology, which uses absorbent and breathable materials to keep the body dry. Tech wise the jerseys are made from 100% recycled materials.
