Ultra Football Defective Product Policy
Ultra Football believe the life expectancy of our product will depend on the age of the product, the individual wear patterns of the user and the conditions of which the product is worn under.
- All products must be purchased either online or in-store at Ultra Football.
- Returns are considered within a timeframe of 6 months to 2 years from the original purchase date, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. Items must be returned to our Sydney or Melbourne locations.
- Any product returns requiring assessment will be handled by the manufacturer along with Ultra Football. If a defective product is reported within the warranty period and is confirmed to be faulty by the manufacturer, you can choose between an exchange, a refund, or a credit note.
- Please note that claims for defective items may take a minimum of 21 days to process upon communication with the brand. If the product is found to be non-defective, it will be held for up to 45 days for in-store collection. After, if shipping is required, a fee of $12.50 for Australia Post Standard Shipping will be charged to the customer.
- For items that have been returned multiple times with the same issue, Ultra Football reserves the right to replace the defective item with a different model.
- Removable components such as shoelaces, charms, and insoles are not eligible for replacement. Custom-printed items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless found to be faulty.
- Manipulating the brands warranty policy will result in a 24-month hold on your account before you can submit a defective product claim again.
- We are not liable for any damage caused by misuse of football boots, including using them on inappropriate surfaces. You can view more information on how to select the appropriate football boot below,

We request that all returned products are clean and free from moisture or dirt. The original box and/or packaging must not have any writing, tape, labels, or markings, as these items may be restocked and resold if in acceptable condition. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to rejection of your return.
- By choosing to return an item, you agree to our no-dispute policy. Ultra Football maintains a zero-tolerance stance towards aggressive or uncooperative behaviour regarding potential return rejections.
We strongly emphasise that you treat our staff with respect and remain as patient as possible during the period of your claim.
