At the checkout, select your preferred Click & Collect location, the Sydney Store or Melbourne Warehouse.

3) WAIT TO RECEIVE EMAIL THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION
When your order is ready for collection, we will email to notify you (please check your junk email).

4) COLLECT YOUR ORDER
Head to your selected collection location to pick up during working hours.

Sydney - 10am-5pm weekdays, 10am-4pm weekends.

Melbourne - 9-4pm weekdays.

 

Domestic Orders

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200, $12.50 for orders under $200. For Express shipping $15.00. For all Australian domestic shipping orders we ship using Australia Post. You will receive an email once Australia Post has collected your parcel, which will include your tracking number. You will also be notified by email from Australia Post when your order is out for delivery. If you are not present when the parcel is attempted to be delivered Australia Post  will leave a card detailing your local collection office where you can pick-up your parcel.

We ship only to New Zealand internationally.

For all international orders we use DHL Express.

Orders are delivered within 7-14 working days after being shipped.
