Adidas Launch Manchester United 21/22 Home Jersey
Thu, Jul 15.21

The new Manchester United Home Jersey is here for the 2021/22 season, finally ditching one of footballs ugliest sponsors in Chevrolet.
Adidas usually play it pretty safe with United's Home kit, and while this is no exception it does hve a few nice touches which give it the extra points in our eyes.
The white crewneck collar and sleeve cuffs are a throwback to the 1968 European cup winning side and the Sir Matt Busby days. Manchester United beat Benfica 4-1 in the final thanks to goals from United legends Bobby Charlton and George Best.
The adidas three stripes appear on the shoulders of the kit also giving it a bit of a retro vibe. TeamViewer come on board as the major shirt sponsor this year and is definitely an improvement on the old Chevrolet sponsor which has haunted United for nearly a decade. There is also a subtle touch of gold running along the bottom of the jersey, a sign of things to come perhaps.
Its been a long 9 years for United, last winning the title in 2012/13 under Sir Alex Ferguson with Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney in full flight. While Ole could do with a few players from that title winning side he has some decent weapons at his disposal with Fernandes, Pogba and Mason Greenwood.
Could this year finally be the year United return to the top of the table or will they be staying in their noisy neighbours shadow for a while longer?
