The 1983/84 season was one to remember for Liverpool fans. The Reds won the League title, European Cup, and League Cup in what was a famous treble under Joe Fagan. To honour one of the club's most iconic seasons, Nike has thrown it back to that season's design for the new Liverpool 24/25 home jersey.
The Chrome Yellow pattern throughout the design sees a modernised take on the legendary 84 home jersey, which was worn when the club won their fourth European Cup in Rome. The iconic collar looks better than ever in the present day with a few tweaks, and each jersey features a different section of an overall YNWA-inspired print which is a cool touch for fans.
Nike's Dri-FIT ADV is utilised which keeps you feeling fresh on and off the pitch with their best sweat-wicking technology, with advanced cooling and zones of breathability to help you stay dry and comfortable. Once you get an authentic kit in hand, you can instantly feel the difference compared to the replica fan versions. It's a whole different level.
With Jurgen Klopp not there to steer the club next year, it's sure to be a nervous yet exciting period of change for Reds fans all across the globe. Changes are also coming soon when it comes to Liverpool's kit supplier at the end of next season, with adidas set to take Liverpool on from 25/26. If you're a fan of the Swoosh, this is your last chance to get a home jersey with the iconic logo.
