Adidas dive into the archives for the 1988-90 Man United x Originals collection

In celebration of the peak terrace wear era of the late 80s and early 90s, the Three Stripes have dived back into the archives for their latest collection.
The new Man Utd x Originals collection invokes feelings of nostalgia. You instantly think of the likes of Mark Hughes rocking that iconic third kit when you look at the jersey. This drop aims to capture the spirit of the 'away day' and unconditional devotion of fans who followed the team back then.
The standout of the drop is the Man Utd x Originals third jersey. A close look at the design sees an engineered "MUFC" jacquard material and crafted ribbed collar with red and black detailing on the edges.
The iconic adidas Trefoil badge is used to throw it straight back to the original, with the club's crest and original sponsor iconogrpahy also included. The Sharp logo has to be one of the best of all time, due to its simplicity and clean look, allowing the jersey to shine.
