adidas Celebrate 70 Years of adidas with the COPA70 Pack

The beloved COPA collection receives the limited edition treatment with the premium COPA70, coated in a one piece PrimeKnit upper, leather lining all on top of the new COPA 19+ soleplate. A nod to a revolutionary history.
The 2019 New Year marks the 70th Anniversary of the Three Stripes brand. With no doubt a plethora of limited releases in the pipeline for the next 12 months. Kicking off the year with one of their most successful and iconic silhouettes for the brand.
PrimeKnit has been used on the upper in a one piece construction, complete with stitched heel tab and iconic bluebird tongue logos, all to represent where adidas are today in their development and technology, tied together with a plush leather lined sock liner to pay homage to the roots of the boots. Also included in the detail are red cleat studs to match the original pair in the 70s.
Juventus superstar, Paulo Dybala will be the only adidas athlete to be wearing the COPA70. Hopefully we will get to see them in game soon, after recently seen wearing the boots during a training session in Turin and they look just as good as we thought! At a glance the boots just as classic as the original 70s Copa Mundial, its not until you get closer to recognise the differences in detail.
To complete the collection are two training sneakers, each treated to a completly Prime knit upper in black and white. Replacing the sole is a rubbery gum some sole. These were made for the street and for the cage. Still utilising the premium upper and materials as the COPA70 boot.
