Y-3 and Real Madrid Launch their 2024 Collaborative Matchwear Collection
Tue, Mar 26.24

Fashion and football collide to bring some more heat to the business end of Los Blancos' season. Today, Y-3 and Real Madrid present their 2024 collaborative Matchwear collection featuring some eye-catching pieces that are going to be must-haves for many.
It doesn't get any bigger than Real Madrid. The biggest club of them all in terms of size, stature, and a stacked trophy cabinet. Success is their DNA. And with another La Liga title in sight, their new, best-in-class stadium about to host Manchester City in the Champions League, and a stack of vibey stars like Bellingham, Vini Jr, Camavinga, and Tchouameni (just to name a few) about to be joined by Kylian Mbappé - it doesn't seem fair, does it? And to go with all this - they've received the Yohji Yamamoto treatment again this season after their travel range went live earlier this month. Two massive forces in football and fashion doing what they do best. What a time to be a Madridista.

The latest from Y-3 x Real Madrid fuses elegance and tradition. It brings fashion together with the pinnacle of the sport, with the main design aesthetic centering around Yohji Yamamoto's rose motif - throwing it back to the early days of this memorable collaboration.
The main piece here is the one you'll see on the pitch soon - the purple 4th jersey. Coming through in the HEAT.RDY version which, let us tell you, is next-level. A jersey this techy and impressive to the touch is going to make it harder for fans to ever want a stadium version again. It's a super elevated product, and the Y-3 details are immense.
Why purple? It's in the club's DNA. CR7, Raúl, Zidane, Ronaldo, Hierro, Modric - the list of generational talents who have worn the iconic hue goes on and on - and the relationship to the colour dates back to 1931.
If one jersey wasn't enough - this collection raises the bar with three more - a black and orange version of a goalkeeper jersey, as well as a white pre-match that sits alongside shorts and an anthem jacket. But it doesn't end there. Keeping the Three Stripes on-pitch/off-pitch dominance going - Y-3 has also curated a selection of pieces for those in the streets or on the stands - including a T-shirt, hoodie, crossbody bag, cap, and scarf.
Don't miss this one if you want to get your hands on the latest Y-3 x Real Madrid collection. Make sure you're online at ultrafootball.com from 8 pm (AEST) this Wednesday 27/3/24.
