Saturday witnessed the arrival of some of Australia's premier coffee roasters in store in Melbourne, all converging to partake in the inaugural Roaster Rumble, hosted by La Marzocco.
A big crew attended the event, either participating in the games or reveling in the vibrant atmosphere as spectators. The energy was immense around the cage, amplified by the fusion of music, football, and food served pitchside courtesy of Panenka Food Store.
On the field, the competition was fierce, marked by robust challenges, flashes of yellow cards, and a display of top-tier gameplay as teams fervently vied for the coveted title.
The tournament featured three groups of three teams each, navigating through the group stage until a select top six advanced to the finals stage. The ultimate face-off ended up being between the powerhouse teams of Allpress Espresso and Veneziano Coffee Roasters.
The grand finale was nothing short of epic, unfolding with gripping intensity until the final moments when Allpress emerged victorious.
