Puma Launch The Speed of Light Ultra

Puma and lightweight boots go hand in hand. For the latest Puma 'Speed of Light' release, the Big Cat have prioritised being lightweight more than ever, pushing the boundaries to create the fastest boot possible for their current crop of superstars to stand out in. 

The new Ultra has been going from strength to strength since the debut model back in August, delighting fans who had missed Puma's devotion to speed since the evoSPEED left the scene back in 2017. The Ultra has been a well executed return to a category the brand know so well.

The 'Speed of Light' Ultra 1.2 introduces the ultra-lightweight MATRYXEVO upper with a new weave structure that provides superior stability, traction and durability. It also combines the fully engineered woven MATRYXEVO upper with a Peba SpeedUnit outsole to create the dream boot for the explosive forward player looking for unrivalled speed and acceleration. 

This new outsole features a split in the design which pays homage to Puma's track running heritage. On the plate you'll notice subtle, smaller spikes at the forefront and V-shaped studs on the rest of the plate designed for acceleration and performance at top speeds.

The GripControl Pro skin is applied in key areas to allow for complete ball control and confidence at the high speeds you'll be reaching in these new weapons.
