Celebrate 25 Years Of Mercurial With The Limited Edition Nike Air Zoom Mercurial XXV

25 years of Mercurial is a big deal. Nike delivered. We knew this was going to be a big launch, but having people camp out from midnight even caught us by surprise. The hype for these was off the charts.
The Nike Air Zoom Mercurial XXV Vapor and Superfly were both numbered to 2500 worldwide in celebration of 25 years. If you were lucky enough to get your hands on a pair - well played.
1998 was the year that kicked it all off with the Mercural R9. Nike did their best to encapsulate some of the vibe from back then and the years after with the 'Metallic Silver/Black/Wolf Grey' colourway. On the upper you can see that Nike have included all of the Mercurial logos since '98. Just think of some of the epic boots that have come and gone since then. Need a reminder? The boots also include a "MXXV" logo on the side of the boots which shines through in blue. When you move the boots around in hand the way the colours change and shine will make any Mercurial fan melt.
The boots ride on a crisp chrome soleplate which rounds out on of our favourite releases we've ever had at Ultra Football. We had people lining up in both stores from midnight and none of them were disappointed when they got the pairs in hand.
