Adidas launch the Lamine Yamal limited edition F50 ‘LY304’
Wed, Dec 18.24

FC Barcelona are sitting at the top of the La Liga table. Spain are the EURO 2024 champions. And at the centre of it all, Lamine Yamal—still just a kid—making the extraordinary look possible.
At just 17 years of age, Lamine has already picked up his first La Liga trophy and was instrumental in Spain’s EURO 2024 campaign—back when he was still, staggeringly, just 16 years old. Ridiculous, isn’t it?
These feats haven’t gone unnoticed, with Yamal already picking up the Golden Boy Award and the Kopa Trophy as well. And the thing with Yamal is that we’re not just seeing glimpses of otherworldly talent coming in waves; we’re seeing it with a consistency reminiscent of his hero, Lionel Messi, early in his career. Lamine isn’t just a spark on the pitch—he’s a full firework display.
It’s almost like a second coming… and adidas knows they’ve got a serious prodigy on their hands once again. Enter the F50 LY304: the first-ever signature edition for the youngster, and what must be one of the youngest global athletes ever to receive such an honour—regardless of the sport.

To celebrate these incredible milestones—and the fact he’s only just graduated from high school—adidas decided it was time to co-design a signature boot with Lamine himself. He chose pink as the base colour, one of his favourites, with a touch of gold in the ‘304’ logo, which replaces the F50 logo on the outer foot. That gold ‘304’? It pays homage to his hometown’s postcode. But it’s more than a postcode. It’s a reminder that no matter how far Lamine goes in the game—playing around the world’s great stadiums and into history—home is always with him.
“This year has been like a dream for me, and working with adidas on my first signature boot has been super cool. When they invited me to work with the designers and be part of creating it, I was so excited to see how it all comes together and to add my personal touch. Pink is one of my favourite colours, and I’m a player who loves to bring flair to the pitch, so it was important to me that the boots stand out. Of course, we made sure to represent the 304 in the best way. I can’t wait to wear them on the field.” - Lamine Yamal.

These boots will be available exclusively in a laceless version, with just 304 pairs up for grabs worldwide—a fitting homage. A limited release for a player with an unlimited future.
We’ll be dropping a note to some of our biggest in-store Platinum Members about how to pick up one of these, as this is an ultra-limited release we won't be dropping them online.
